All our items are brand new, never worn, and delivered with their original tags.

No. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping.
In the rare case that an imperfection is present, it is always clearly stated on the product page.

Items must be unworn and have their tags intact.

Yes. Items purchased on sale can also be returned, except for legal exceptions (personalized products or sealed items for hygiene reasons).

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method, within the timeframes set by European regulations.
